Hansdonner Brewpub
Opened in the winter of 2016, Hansdonner Brewpub has been the first and is still the only alehouse in downtown Kaposvár. Guests can choose from a selection of ten types of draught beer and fifty kinds of bottled beers.
Here you may find the most exciting Hungarian malts, while they endeavour to present the forefront of the region as well. They always take great care to keep some IPA on the beer tap at an affordable price. They have their own custom labelled craft beers: Hansdonner Pils, IPA, APA, Hoplager and Cherry.

According to British researchers where people drink they also want to eat sooner or later. Since the owners would never want to foment a hunger riot, they made a real alehouse menu, therefore rebels can have a freshly prepared and up-to-date meal – their burgers and their roasted Bavarian pork knuckle with crispy skin served a pan are already iconic.

The alehouse also has own private label brands. The well-known designer Kiss Miklós designed the packaging of each products as conceptionally as the interior decoration and the corporate identity. Beside their custom labelled craft beers, their coffee products are also purchasable at the bar.

Beside the constant demand of modernity, following traditions and the owners’ strong ties to the countryside are all quite important elements of their profession. Erzsébet does not want to be just a simple alehouse among the others but a real beer embassy where brew fans may find a happy and loving home.
