Their espressos are prepared with a dependable machine equipped with a heat exchanger. The carefully selected ingredients and the technology-oriented approach guarantee perfection: the quantity of the coffee beans, the water and the prepared coffee are all carefully measured to ensure consistency and recipes are followed carefully to ensure quality. In addition to coffee, their whole menu is quality-oriented. Their hot chocolates are made from one hundred percent organic chocolate. Their teas are prepared from products of the internationally acclaimed Suki brand which come from all over the world. The ingredients for their beverages are purchased daily based on current demand and they purchase from local manufacturers from the market of Kaposvár whenever its possible.
